LazyWrite.js: bump v1.2

Today I bumped LazyWrite.js to version 1.2.

Changelogs:

• Reorginazed code structure.
• Supports AMD Module
• Compressed by UglifyJS instead of YUICompressor.
• Removed manual version, use AUTO_LAZYWRITE = false; instead.
• Uses QUnit test.
